We are looking for a ferocious negotiator to negotiate our short sale investments. We are looking for someone who could talk a jumping man off a bridge. A past record of short sale approvals is a must. We purchase these homes for resale so it is more than the usual collect an approval letter for an agent then watch him not close a deal. The qualified person for this job will have a passion for negotiation and be willing to go the extra mile to get a deal done!!! I.E sit on the phone for 4 hours the day before a trustee sale to get an auction postponed or re-work an approval due to black mold. The pay for this Job is depending on experience. We use an online system for all of our files so the update process is very smooth. You must have the ability to handle an additional 30-40 files in the next 60 days. If you already have 60 files that may not work for you. Ask me how I know that. Thnis is a work from home position so you must have a home office. The requirements will be:

1. Collect missing documents from the home owner or real estate agent.
2. Submit Short Sale package to lender(s).
3. Give 48 hour updates via online system.
4. Be point of contact for BPO agent. "Set up entry for agent"
5. Negotiate favorable terms for the approval and if necessary have lender re order BPO.
